Shipping

We ship from Singapore! We use Singpost courier for our shipments.

Yes! However, due to Covid-19, there are border closures and postal service suspensions in some countries. Please click here to see if your country is affected.

Yes, however, we will not be responsible for any import VAT, taxes or fees that maybe incurred at your country. Buyers are responsible for the charges and fees that are necessary for you to receive your items. We will not be able to refund any packages that are returned to us due to unpaid fees. 

Alternatively, you can choose to shop at our Etsy Shop here where VAT fees will be collected upfront.

We ship once per week. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

◌ For Singapore orders, it will take 2 to 3 working days for packages to be delivered.

◌ For international orders, shipping times varies from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on its destination. 

All international packages are mailed with tracking. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order is shipped. 

Domestic packages are mailed without tracking. You can upgrade your mail to tracking with a fee - option available at checkout.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times have been affected and may take a longer time to process than usual. If you are shopping during the festive or sales seasons, parcels may take a longer time to be delivered too. 

◌ Please allow another 2 weeks to see if your package arrives.

◌ Check with your local post office to see if your package has been received and if it has been put on hold.

◌ Send us an email at mofuseasons@gmail.com, so we can raise an inquiry with the postal services to check the whereabouts of your package. We'd love to see you receive the packages, so do let us know if the package is lost.

 * It has been known that some countries' postal service has limited tracking and there are many cases where the tracking still shows "In Transit" when the package has been delivered. Check with your family members or housemates to confirm if the package has been received.

Sometimes, a package is returned to us due to wrong shipping address, failed attempts to deliver, or left unclaimed from the post office for some time.

We can arrange to reship your package at a reshipping fee (fee is calculated based on weight of package). We will send you a PayPal invoice and once payment is made, we will reship your package within 3 to 5 working days.

If you decide to cancel your order, we will exclude the shipping fees and refund the remaining amount to you. Processing time takes about 7 working days.

The store currency is defaulted as SGD. To view the shop in other currencies, please use the currency converter found at the top and bottom of the home page.

 

Currently I do not accept more commissions, but I have a waiting list for Pet Portrait Commissions here.
As I gradually fulfilled the commissions in the waiting list, I will open up more slots for commissions in the future.

I offer a percentage discount of up to 50% when retailers order in bulk to sell at their own shops.

As the main caretaker of my children, I create illustrations and run this small business when I have some time away from "mommy duties". Hence, I do not have a physical shop currently and is not able to commit to regular offline events.

However, I sometimes get lots of help from my family and friends to allow me some time away from home to join an offline event. When I have a confirmed event coming up, I will announce here and on my IG page here :D
