Kayariki is a mosquito repellent stick holder used similarly like an ashtray for burning mosquito repellent sticks in Japan. They vary in shapes and color, while the one featured here is shaped like a pig, decorated with summer flowers - Morning Glories. I imagined a cute little kitten had found its way into an unused kayariki and here it popped its head out curiously.
